The fixed price

The price on your signed plan is the price you pay. If we hit caliche, a buried pipe, a stump or rock, that’s our cost. The price changes only if you ask for a change in writing and approve the new price first.

Deposit and payment

A 10% deposit holds your build date. The balance is due at the walkthrough. The design quote is free, and a 3D preview is $350, credited to your build.

Scheduling and weather

Build dates follow HOA approval and Arizona 811 locates. Monsoon storms and extreme heat can move a day; we text you the night before if they do. Summer crews start at 5:30 AM.

Cancelling

Cancel within 3 business days of signing for a full refund of the deposit. After that, the deposit covers ordered materials and is refunded less their cost.

The 5-Year Ground Guarantee

For five years from your walkthrough, we fix seams, edges, base, drainage and settling on our work at no charge. Turf also carries the manufacturer’s 15-year warranty. Not covered: vehicles, fire, chemicals, digging by wild animals, and normal wear.
