FAQ

Putting green questions.

How fast does it roll?
About a 10 to 11 on the Stimpmeter, close to a good country club green. We can set it a little slower if you want it friendlier for the kids.
Can I chip onto it?
Yes. Add a chipping fringe and we use a sand-filled putting turf that holds a ball. Ask for it on your plan.
Does it need care?
Brush it and blow it off. A yearly Tune-Up resets the infill so the roll stays true.
Can I putt at night?
Add two or three warm uplights and a lit cup. It’s one of the most popular add-ons we build.
How big should it be?
Most backyard greens are 250 to 600 sq ft. 400 sq ft gives you three cups and real putts from 20 feet.
