What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, address, what you want built, your budget range, notes and any photos you add. When you send a plan from the planner, we also get the zones you drew.

Like most sites, the server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security.

How we use it

• To measure your yard from satellite and draw your plan
• To text or call you about your design visit and your build
• To send the HOA package and city rebate paperwork you ask for

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the people building your yard (for example, the licensed plumber who runs your gas line).

Text messages

If you tick the box to get texts, we text you about your plan and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Ticking the box is optional, and you can still get a quote without it.

Analytics and cookies

This concept site doesn’t load analytics or ad pixels. A live version may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages help people, and it would list them here.

Photos of your yard

Photos you upload are used only to plan your yard. We ask before we use any photo of your finished yard on our site or social media.

How long we keep it

Quotes that don’t go ahead are deleted after two years. Customer records are kept for the length of your warranty plus one year.
