Do fire pits need a permit?
The gas line does. A licensed plumber runs it, we pull the permit, and the inspection runs on our schedule.
Wood or gas?
Gas, for most Valley yards. No smoke, no ash, on with a switch, and many HOAs and no-burn days rule out wood anyway.
How much shade does a pergola give?
A slatted aluminum pergola cuts direct sun by about half. Louvered roofs close fully for shade or rain.
Can the lights run on a timer?
Yes. Every lighting job comes with a transformer and a timer, and an app control if you want it.
Will the pergola fade?
Powder-coated aluminum holds its color in the Valley sun and never needs paint. It also doesn’t crack like wood.
