FAQ

HOA questions.

How long does HOA approval take?
One to four weeks, usually. Some boards meet monthly, so we try to submit right before a meeting.
What if the HOA asks for changes?
We revise the plan and the price the same week. Most changes are colors or plant swaps.
Will the HOA allow turf?
Most Valley HOAs do, with rules about color, blade height and front-yard use. We pick products that meet them from the start.
Can you start before approval?
No. Starting early can mean tearing it out. We book your build date as soon as the approval letter arrives.

Next step

See it before we dig.

Send your address and get a plan with a fixed price in 48 hours. Most Valley backyards run $9,000 to $28,000, from about $187 a month.
