    Price questions.

    Why do your prices include demo?
    Because a price without demo isn’t a price. Grass, rock, dirt and caliche come out, and that cost is in the per-square-foot number.
    What makes a yard cost more?
    Tight side-yard access, slopes, old concrete to break out, a long gas run to the fire pit, and HOA color requirements. Your plan shows each one.
    Do you charge for the design?
    No. The design quote is free. A 3D preview is $350, and it comes off your build.
    Is there a deposit?
    Ten percent when you sign, the rest at the walkthrough. No money changes hands for the design.
    Can I finance?
    Yes. Sample terms: 60 months at 8.99% APR with approved credit. A $15,000 backyard is about $311 a month.
