Hot tires · Covered for life
Covered for as long as you own the home
- Peeling or lifting, anywhere, for as long as you own the home
- Hot tire pickup, the Arizona summer kind
- Yellowing or clouding of the clear coat from the sun
- Flakes coming loose
- Our crack repairs opening back up
Not covered, said up front
- Brown tire stains from some tire brands (a chemistry problem, not a peel; we’ll show you how to lift them)
- Gouges from dropped tools, jack stands or a dragged trailer
- Brake fluid or paint stripper left sitting for hours
- New cracks from the slab moving later (we’ll fill them once, free)
- Water pushing up from under the slab, if you skipped the moisture primer after a high test

Pick what happened.
Six things people actually call about, and the honest answer for each.
The answer
Pick what happened.
No “it depends.”
The answer
It’s lifting where the tires park.
Covered. That’s hot tire pickup or an adhesion failure, and both are ours to fix, free, for as long as you own the home.
CoveredThe answer
The clear coat turned yellow by the door.
Covered. Our clear coat is UV-stable. If it yellows, we recoat it.
CoveredThe answer
Flakes are coming loose.
Covered. Text a photo and Nate will be out within two business days.
CoveredThe answer
There are brown tire stains I can’t scrub off.
Not covered, but fixable. Some tire brands leach a chemical that stains, without peeling. We’ll show you the cleaner that lifts most of it.
Not coveredThe answer
A jack stand gouged it.
Not covered. Impact damage isn’t a coating failure. A patch and clear coat is usually $150 to $250.
Not coveredThe answer
A new crack showed up a year later.
Covered once. Slabs move. We fill a new crack once, free. After that it’s $8 a foot.
