A price from photos is a range. Your written quote comes after Nate confirms the slab, by photo or visit, and lists every add-on. The written quote is good for 30 days.
Deposits
A $250 deposit holds your install day and comes off your invoice. It’s fully refundable up to 72 hours before your install day.
Rescheduling and weather
Reschedule for free up to 72 hours before. If the slab is too hot, too cold or too damp to coat right, we move you to the next open morning at no charge. We will not coat a slab outside the manufacturer’s limits to keep a schedule.
Payment
The balance is due when Nate walks the finished floor with you. We take card, check, ACH and Wisetack financing. Financing terms shown on this site are sample terms; approved credit required.
Your part on install day
An empty garage, the door open from 6:30 AM to evening, power to one outlet, and someone home for the walkthrough and the final walk. The prep checklist has the full list.
The warranty, in full
For as long as you own the home, we repair at no charge: peeling or lifting of the coating, hot tire pickup, yellowing or clouding of the clear coat, flakes coming loose, and our crack repairs reopening.
Not covered: tire staining caused by plasticizers in some tires; impact damage such as gouges from tools, jack stands or trailers; chemicals such as brake fluid or paint stripper left on the floor; new cracks from slab movement after install (we fill one new crack once at no charge); hydrostatic or vapor pressure through the slab where a high moisture test was declined; and any floor ground, sanded, painted or recoated by someone else.
To make a claim, text a photo and your address to (480) 790-3036. The warranty transfers once to a new owner of the home for $95.
