Chandler, Arizona
Chandler is where we do the most covered patios, plus plenty of 2-car garages in Ocotillo and Fulton Ranch. Same crew, same clear coat, cooler colors outside.

Floors in Chandler
Chandler is where we do the most patios: covered back patios that bake every afternoon and need a floor that won’t peel or get hot underfoot.
The slab here: Patio slabs out here crack at the control joints. We fill them flush so the flake runs straight across.

Reviews
“Lena texted me the night before with a 6:30 to 7 window and they were there at 6:40. That alone put them ahead of everyone else I talked to.”
“Our covered patio used to be too hot to stand on barefoot. The lighter flake and the grit made it usable again. Grandkids run on it all day.”
“Crew was in the driveway at 6:25. By 5 that afternoon I was standing on a floor that looks like a showroom. Parked the truck on it the next morning like they said.”
