Full time · Mesa$20 to $25 an hour, plus a bonus per floor

Early starts: 6 AM on the driveway, done by mid-afternoon most days
You can lift 60 lb and you don’t mind dust
We train you on the grinder, the flake and the clear coat

Coffee, load the trailer, check the day’s two jobs.

Tape, walkthrough with Nate, grinder off the ramp.

The fun part. Base coat down, flake by hand.

Lunch in the AC
A real lunch while the base sets. Then scrape and clear coat.

Most days. Monday through Friday, Saturdays only in spring.
