Low Desert Pool Co. is a concept business shown by Noventa. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept, and no service will be performed. The terms below show how a real pool company’s terms would read.
Service plans and route days
Weekly plans include the visit tasks listed on the pricing page and the standard chemicals (chlorine, acid and stabilizer). Your route day is set by your ZIP. Visits happen between 8 AM and 3 PM. When a holiday falls on your day, we shift that week by one day and text you first.
Access, gates and pets
You give us safe access to the pool and equipment on your route day. Please keep pets inside or away from the gate during visits. We close and latch your gate behind us and photograph it in every report. If we can’t get in, we text you, and that visit still counts.
Billing, price lock and cancellation
Plans bill monthly on the 1st by autopay. Your price is locked for 12 months from your start date. After that, any change comes with 60 days’ notice by text. There’s no contract: cancel by text anytime and you won’t be billed for the next month.
The Clear Water Guarantee
If your pool turns green or cloudy while you’re on Weekly Full Service or Estate Service, we clear it at no charge, usually within 48 hours. The guarantee doesn’t cover pools where a needed equipment repair was declined, where the pump was turned off, or after flooding or fire. We’ll always tell you if one of those applies before you’re charged anything.
Repairs and installs
You get a price before any repair starts. The $95 diagnostic is waived when we do the repair. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and our labor is guaranteed for one year. Installs over $1,500 take a 30% deposit when scheduled, with the balance due when the work is done.
Weather and monsoons
We work in the heat and the light rain, and pause for lightning. After a dust storm, cleanup happens on your next visit. If you want us out sooner, a monsoon cleanup visit is $95 for route customers.
Photos
We photograph your pool, readings and gate for your visit reports. We only use photos of your pool in our marketing with your written OK, and never with your address.
