What we’ve done
- Keyboard: every link, button, slider and form works without a mouse, with a visible focus ring and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Contrast: body text meets 4.5 to 1, and large text, icons and form borders meet 3 to 1. Words over video sit on a dark haze, tested at their brightest frame.
- Reduced motion: if your device asks for less motion, the scrolling video becomes a still photo, animations stop, and press-and-hold controls work with a single tap.
- Forms: every field has a label, errors are explained in words and announced to screen readers, and nothing times out.
- Images: photos that carry meaning have descriptions. Decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Touch: main buttons are at least 44 pixels tall on phones.
Known limits
- The homepage video is decorative and has no sound, so it has no captions. Every word it shows is also in the page text.
- The route map is a sketch. The same information is in the city list and the ZIP checker.
- “Open in Google Maps” links go to a site we don’t control.

Thank you, friend.
We’ll look at it and reply within two business days.
How we test
We check every page with a keyboard only, with reduced motion turned on, at phone and desktop sizes, with automated checks, and with a screen reader on the main paths: starting service, checking a ZIP and requesting a repair.
