Weekly service

What happens on a weekly visit?
We skim, brush the walls, steps and tile, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, vacuum if needed, test and balance the water, check the equipment, and send a photo report.
Will it be the same tech every week?
Yes. You get one tech and one day. If your tech is out sick, the owner covers the stop and the report says so.
What day will you come?
It depends on your ZIP: Scottsdale on Monday, Gilbert on Tuesday, Chandler on Wednesday, Mesa on Thursday and Queen Creek on Friday, between 8 AM and 3 PM.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers never are. Tell us the gate code, and every report includes a photo of the gate closed behind us.
What about monsoon storms?
We clean up dust and debris on your next visit. If a storm wrecks the pool the day after we came, a cleanup visit is $95 for route customers.

Prices and billing

Are chemicals really included?
Yes. Chlorine, acid and stabilizer are in the monthly price. Extras like phosphate remover are texted to you with a price before we add them.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Cancel with one text. We lock your price for 12 months and give 60 days’ notice before it changes.
How do I pay?
Autopay by card or bank on the first of the month, through the customer portal.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on pumps, heaters and other work over $1,500. A $1,895 pump is about $61 a month with approved credit (sample terms).
Is there a referral program?
Yes. When a neighbor starts weekly service, you each get $50 off.

Water and chemicals

Why does my tile get a white crust?
Phoenix water is hard. As water evaporates, calcium stays behind and builds up at the waterline. Weekly brushing slows it, and bead blasting removes it.
How often should my pool be drained?
Every three to five years for most Valley pools, between October and April.
Are your chemicals safe for kids and dogs?
Yes, at the levels we keep. Your report shows every reading, and the water is safe to swim in as soon as we leave unless we tell you otherwise.
Do you service salt pools?
Yes. We test salt and check the cell every visit, and clean the cell when it needs it.

Repairs and equipment

What does a repair visit cost?
The diagnostic is $95 and it’s free if we do the repair. You get the price before we start.
Are you licensed?
Yes. ROC #000000, R-6 Residential Pool Service and Repair. Licensed, bonded and insured.
Which brands do you service?
Pentair, Hayward and Jandy, plus most other brands. The truck carries the common parts.
Should I repair or replace my pump?
If it’s a single-speed pump over eight years old, replacing it with a variable-speed pump usually pays for itself. We’ll tell you honestly.

Switching to us

How do I switch from my current company?
Text us your address and their last day. We start the day after, so you never pay twice.
What’s the first visit like?
A deep clean at no extra charge: full brush, vacuum, filter rinse and a full water test, with photos.
What if my pool is green when I switch?
We’ll quote the cleanup first. Once it’s clear, weekly service and the Clear Water Guarantee keep it that way.
