    Skim the surface

    Leaves, bugs and monsoon dust come off the top first.

  2. 02

    Brush walls, steps and tile

    Brushing stops algae before it can grip. Your tile line gets the most attention.

    Empty the baskets

    Skimmer and pump baskets, so your pump isn’t straining.

  4. 04

    Vacuum if it needs it

    Most weeks your cleaner keeps up. When it doesn’t, we vacuum.

    Test and balance

    Chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabilizer, with chemicals from the truck.

Weekly service questions

What day will you come?
Your route day is set by your ZIP: Scottsdale on Monday, Gilbert on Tuesday, Chandler on Wednesday, Mesa on Thursday and Queen Creek on Friday. Your tech comes between 8 AM and 3 PM.
What if I’m on vacation?
Nothing changes. We keep coming, and the reports tell you the pool is fine while you’re gone. If you want to pause for a month, text us.
How do you get into the backyard?
Most customers give us a gate code or leave the side gate unlocked on their route day. Every report ends with a photo of the gate closed behind us.
I have dogs. Is that a problem?
No. Tell us their names and whether they can be out while we work. The gate photo is the part dog owners like most.
Do you service salt pools?
Yes. We check the salt level and the cell every visit and clean the cell when it needs it. Replacement cells are from $850.
Will my price go up?
It’s locked for 12 months. If it ever changes after that, you get 60 days’ notice by text.
How do I cancel?
Text us. There’s no contract and no fee.
