In Ray’s words

“I ran a route for a big company for eight years. They moved techs every few weeks, and customers paid for it with green pools. So I started this one with a single truck and a rule: you get the same tech, on the same day, every week.”

Where we won’t cut corners

Three things we never skip.

01

The brush

Brushing takes the longest and nobody sees it happen. It’s also what keeps algae from ever getting a grip. Every wall, every visit.

02

The gate

Kids and dogs live behind these gates. Every report ends with a photo of yours, closed and latched behind us.

03

The truth about repairs

If a repair isn’t worth it, we say so. If a part costs less online, we tell you that too.
