Are chemicals really included?
Yes. Chlorine, acid and stabilizer are in the monthly price. The only extras are things like phosphate remover or a green-pool cleanup, and we text you the price before we add anything.
Will it be the same tech every week?
Yes. You get one tech and one day. If your tech is out sick, the owner covers the stop and the report says so.
What if my pool turns green while I’m on service?
That’s on us. Our Clear Water Guarantee covers it at no charge, usually within 48 hours.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Cancel with one text. We lock your price for 12 months and give 60 days’ notice before it changes.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers never are. Tell us the gate code, and every report includes a photo of the gate closed behind us.
Do you clean the filter?
Twice a year on Full Service, at no extra charge. Otherwise it’s $125 for a cartridge filter and $150 for DE.
