Deposits

Injectable visits hold a $50 deposit through Boulevard, with your card on file. It comes off the price of your treatment. Consults are free and never need a deposit.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Change or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your appointment, by text or in the booking app. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is kept. Emergencies happen; tell us and we’ll be fair.

No-shows and late arrivals

If you don’t come and don’t tell us, the deposit is kept. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or move your appointment so the next client isn’t rushed.

The exam before treatment

Arizona requires a licensed prescriber to examine you, in person or by video, before your first injection. If the exam finds a reason not to treat, we won’t, and your deposit is returned.

Age

Clients must be 18 or older. We don’t treat anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding with tox or filler.

Results

Everyone’s face responds differently, and results vary. Tox touch-ups at the day-14 check-in are free. Filler can be dissolved if you’re unhappy. Prices on this site are current but can change, and your price is confirmed on your face map before treatment.

Memberships

Memberships have a six-month minimum, then run month to month with one month’s notice to cancel. Banked units never expire while you’re a member and are usable for 90 days after you cancel.

Gift cards

Gift cards never expire, can be used on any treatment or product, and can’t be exchanged for cash.

This concept site

Northlight Aesthetics is a concept business. This site is a sample built by Noventa. Forms run in demo mode, and nothing you enter is booked, charged or sent to a clinic.
