About

One window. Then four rooms. One window. Still one chair.

Northlight started in 2019 as one rented room in Gilbert with a window facing north. It’s a four-provider studio now, and every visit still starts the way the first one did: with a face map in honest light.Northlight started in 2019 as one rented room in Gilbert with a window facing north. It’s a private suite in Old Town now, and it’s still just me: every consult, every injection, every check-in.

Why north light

The light that doesn’t lie.

Portrait painters have chosen north-facing windows for centuries. The light is soft and even, and it doesn’t change much through the day. In Arizona, it’s the only kind light there is.

That’s why every face map here happens next to a north window, and why every before and after is shot in the same one, at the same angle, two weeks apart. If the light changes, the photo lies. Ours doesn’t change.

The story

From one room to four. From one room to one suite.

Told the way it happened, in the order it happened.

  1. 2011

    ICU nurse

Six years in a Phoenix ICU taught me to slow down and look before I touch anything.

  2. 2015

    Nurse practitioner school

An MSN and a family nurse practitioner license, FNP-C.

  3. 2017

    The first face map

Trained under a Scottsdale dermatologist. The white pencil came from her.

  4. 2019

    One room in Gilbert

A rented room with one window facing north. The light that named the studio.

  5. 2022

    The studio near SanTan Village

Four treatment rooms, and every one of them has a north window.

  6. 2024

    June, Ines and Callie

Three people who start every visit with the same face map I do.

  7. 2026

    18,400 appointments

Still mapped first. Still small doses. Still a free check-in at day 14.

  5. 2023

    A suite in Old Town

I moved to a private suite off Marshall Way. Still one chair, on purpose.

  6. 2026

    6,200 appointments

Every one of them with me, start to finish.

What we won’t doWhat I won’t do

Three things, in writing.

01

Sell you a package

You pay for the units or syringes you need. Never an “area,” never a bundle you didn’t ask for.

02

Hand you off

The injector who maps your face is the one who treats it, and the one who sees you at day 14.I map your face, I treat it, and I see you at day 14. Nobody else.

03

Guess

No face map, no treatment. If the light’s wrong, we waitI wait. If you don’t need anything, we sayI say so.
