Our standard

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. We test with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom at 200%, and reduced motion on.

What that means here

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring
• A skip link jumps straight to the content
• Text meets 4.5 to 1 contrast, and buttons are at least 44 pixels on touch screens
• Every form field has a label, and errors are announced
• The scrolling film and every animation stop when your device asks for reduced motion
• Every meaningful image has a description, and the walk-in film has captions and a transcript

Known limits

The dose map and the other tools are drawings with buttons; every result they show is also written out as text. If anything reads oddly with your screen reader, we want to know.
