Made for

For turf and backyard companies · Phoenix Valley

Turf company websites that sell the yard.

Before a homeowner calls a turf company, they want three answers: what will my yard cost, will it look real, and will my city or HOA let me do it. We build your site to answer all three, so the people who book a design visit already know their budget.

A concept turf company website on a phone, over an aerial photo of a finished backyard. Headline: See your backyard before we dig. Below it: most backyards run $9,000 to $28,000, from about $187 a month, with buttons for a design quote and Price my yard.

What homeowners check first

Three questions, answered before they call.

A backyard is usually a five-figure decision. Each answer is a design visit you don’t waste a drive on, or one that’s ready to sign.

“What’s my yard going to cost?”

A planner that prices the yard while they draw it.

They paint turf, pavers, a putting green or a fire pit onto a sample yard and watch the price and the monthly payment add up. The planner runs on your price per square foot, so the people who book your design visit have already seen your number, and you stop measuring yards for homeowners who wanted a $3,000 lawn.

In the concept: 2,100 sq ft → $29,400 to $32,500

The yard planner on a phone: a grid of a backyard painted with turf, a putting green, pavers, desert plants and a fire pit. Below it: 2,100 square feet, your price $29,400 to $32,500, as low as $610 a month, and the line items.

“Will it look fake?”

Before and afters from the same spot, with the square feet and the price.

Anyone can post a nice photo of green turf. A slider from the same angle, labeled with the city, the square footage, the days it took and what it cost, shows a homeowner a yard like theirs at a price like theirs. The site also answers the heat, dog and drainage questions with the turf and base you actually install.

In the concept: Mesa, 1,180 sq ft, 4 days, $20,600

A before-and-after slider on a phone: the same Mesa backyard on day 0 as bare dirt and on day 4 with pet turf, a paver patio and a fire pit. Headline: Same yard. Same angle. Four days apart. $20,600, or about $428 a month.

“Will my city or HOA let me?”

A ZIP check that answers with their city’s rebate.

Every Valley city runs its grass rebate differently. Some pay toward turf, some cap it, and some only pay for desert plants. Your site checks their ZIP, says whether you build there, and links to that city’s own rebate page. An HOA page lists what you send for approval, so the paperwork doesn’t stall the job.

In the concept: 85016 → Phoenix, turf can qualify

The ZIP checker on a phone. ZIP 85016 typed in, with the answer: Yes. We build in Phoenix. Phoenix rebate: turf can qualify. Below it, rebates by city: Phoenix pays up to $2 per square foot of grass removed; Scottsdale caps turf.
The math

One backyard pays for two years.

$5,150kept from one $20,600 yard
$2,400/yryour website

An estimate using the Mesa yard above, $20,600. If only a quarter of it is left after turf, base and labor, that’s $5,150, more than two years of the site. Homeowners plan spring backyards over the winter, so a site that’s live by January is there when they start looking.

What’s on it

Everything a turf company site needs.

Yard planner

Set to your real price per square foot for turf, pet turf, pavers, putting greens and add-ons like fire pits.

Before-and-after sliders

Your own jobs from the same angle, labeled with the city, square feet, days and price.

ZIP and rebate checker

Your service area, each city’s grass rebate in plain words, and a link to the city’s own page.

HOA approval page

The product sheets, colors and plan you send the HOA, so approvals don’t hold up the build.

Monthly payments, if you finance

A sample payment beside the big prices, with the terms your lender requires next to it.

Design-quote requests

Homeowners send their address and a few photos, so you can measure from the satellite view before you drive out.

Questions

Turf company questions.

I don’t have before-and-after photos.

Start on your next job: one photo before you dig and one after the walkthrough, from the same spot. Until you have pairs, the site uses your best finished yards, straight from your phone.

My prices change when turf costs go up.

Tell us and we update the planner and the price pages. Changes like that are part of the $200.

Do I have to show prices?

No. The planner can show a range instead of an exact number. Most homeowners want a ballpark before they let anyone come out and measure.

I offer financing. Can the site show it?

Yes. We link to your lender’s application and show a sample monthly payment only with the terms your lender requires beside it.

I do pavers, lighting and pergolas too.

Good. The planner and the service pages cover the whole backyard, priced the way you price it.

I already have a website. Will I lose my spot on Google?

We move you carefully: the same page addresses where we can, redirects where we can’t, and we keep the writing that already ranks. A small dip for a few weeks is normal, and we watch it with you.

What happens after 6 payments?

The site’s files are yours to keep and host anywhere. Most people stay on the plan so we keep hosting and updating it, and they keep their lead alerts and monthly report. The full details are in our terms.
