Who we are

Noventa Studio builds and runs websites for local service businesses. We're based in Phoenix, Arizona. Reach us at zack@noventastudio.com.

The plan

$200 a month for a custom website for your business. There's no setup fee. It's month to month, with no contract and no minimum.

The $200 includes:

• Your website. Design, build, hosting, security and updates.
• Local SEO setup, done once within your first 60 days. We claim or set up your Google Business Profile and fill it out: categories, services, service area, hours, photos and a link to your site. We list your business with the same name, phone and service area on Apple Maps, Bing and Facebook, and on Yelp if you use it. We connect your site to Google Search Console and Bing, and give you a link and QR card for asking customers for reviews.
• A monthly profile check. Google and the public can suggest edits to your profile, like new hours or a different phone number. We check it each month and undo anything that's wrong.
• Lead alerts. Every request from your website's form is emailed to you, sent as an instant alert to your phone, and saved as a backup copy.
• A monthly report. One page each month: visits and taps on your call and text buttons, form requests, taps to call from your Google Business Profile (plus direction requests, if your profile shows an address), and new reviews.

We do the work that helps you show up on Google, but nobody can honestly promise a ranking, and we don't. Where you show up depends a lot on how close the person searching is to your business, and nobody controls that.

Local Growth (optional add-on)

$150 a month on top of the plan, month to month. You can drop it anytime and keep your plan. It includes:

• Review replies. We reply to your Google reviews within 2 business days. Med spas approve each reply before it posts.
• Google posts. 2 posts a month on your Google Business Profile, plus new photos, made from job photos you send us.
• A monthly review request. A ready-to-send text you send to your recent customers from your own phone.
• A new page each month. One new page on your site about a service you offer or an area you serve, written for your business.

Like the plan, Local Growth pays for the work we do, not for a ranking or a number of calls.

Your Google Business Profile

Your Google Business Profile is yours. You stay its owner on your own Google account, and we're added as a manager. If you cancel, we remove ourselves.

Google decides how each profile is verified. It often asks the owner to record a short video showing the business, like your vehicle, your tools and proof that you run it. Only you can do that, and we'll walk you through it. Your website launches either way.

Google can suspend or re-check any profile at any time. We follow Google's rules and will help you appeal, but we can't control Google's decisions.

We never write, buy, filter or reward reviews.

Other businesses in your trade

We may build and run sites for other businesses in your trade and area. Each one gets its own words and photos, and we never share one client's leads, reports or other private information with another.

Billing

You're billed monthly through Stripe, by card or bank account. Your first month is charged when you sign up, and each month after that on the same day of the month.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime by emailing us. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and your site stays live until then.

Owning your site

Your domain, photos, logo and the words about your business are yours from day one. If we register your domain for you, it belongs to you, and we'll transfer it to you whenever you ask.

The site we build for you, its design and code, is licensed to you while you're on the plan. After 6 monthly payments, it's yours to keep: ask us and we'll send you a complete copy of your site's files at no charge, to host anywhere you like.

Want it before then? You can buy it out anytime for $1,200 minus what you've already paid.

If you cancel before 6 payments and don't buy it out, your site comes down at the end of your last paid month. Your domain and content are still yours, and we'll hand them over.

Once the plan ends, our hosting, security, updates, profile checks, lead alerts, monthly reports and Local Growth end with it. Anything that runs on our servers, like the email from your quote form, may need to be set up again wherever you host the site. We may reuse our own design patterns, code and tools on other sites, but never your business's name, content or branding.

Missed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause your site until it's paid. Months that aren't paid don't count toward the 6 payments.

Refunds

Monthly payments aren't refunded once a billing month has started. If something's wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.

Your content

You send us your business details, photos and logo, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We use them only to build and run your website.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and tell current clients by email before the change applies to them.
