Made for

For pool service companies · Phoenix Valley

Pool service websites that fill your route.

Before a homeowner calls a pool company, they want three answers: do you come to my street, what does it cost, and will you actually show up. We build your site to answer all three, so the people who call are ready to sign up.

A concept pool service website on a phone. Headline: Same tech. Same day. Every week. Below it: weekly service for $165 a month, chemicals included, and a Start weekly service button.

What homeowners check first

Three questions, answered before they call.

Each one is a phone call you don’t have to take, or a lead that was never going to sign.

“Do you come to my street?”

A ZIP checker that answers with your service day.

They type their ZIP and see “Yes, you’re on our Tuesday route.” Outside your area, it offers a waitlist instead of a call you’d have to turn down. New accounts land on streets you already drive, and a pool route makes its money on stops per mile.

In the concept: 85296 → Tuesday, Gilbert

The route checker on a phone. ZIP 85296 typed in, with the answer: Yes. 85296 is on our Tuesday route. Days below: Monday Scottsdale, Tuesday Gilbert, Wednesday Chandler, Thursday Mesa, Friday Queen Creek.

“What’s it going to cost me?”

Your monthly price up front, chemicals in or out.

Showing your price filters out the people shopping for the cheapest guy, so you stop driving out to quote homeowners who were never going to sign. You set the plans and the prices. The site shows exactly what you charge.

In the concept: $165/mo weekly, chemicals included

The plans section on a phone: One price. Chemicals in it. Weekly Full Service, $165 a month, with brush, skim and vacuum, baskets, chemicals and a photo report every visit.

“Will they actually show up?”

Proof of every visit, right on the site.

“I don’t think they even came” is how a lot of pool customers end up switching companies. If you already send visit reports with photos and chemical readings (pool apps like Skimmer and Pool Brain do), your site shows one up front, gate check included, so new customers know what they’re paying for.

In the concept: readings, 2 photos, gate closed and latched

A sample visit report on a phone: free chlorine 3.0 ppm, pH 7.5 balanced, alkalinity 90 ppm, stabilizer 60 ppm, filter pressure 14 psi, gate closed and latched, 2 photos attached.
The math

Two weekly accounts pay for the site.

$330/motwo new accounts at $165
$200/moyour website

An example using the concept site’s $165 weekly plan. At $120 a month it’s still two accounts. And it’s the off-season: winter is when pool owners have time to fix their website before the spring rush.

What’s on it

Everything a pool company site needs.

For homeowners done with their current pool company, so leaving doesn’t take an awkward phone call.

One-tap call and text

A bar that stays with them down the page on every phone, because most people find a pool company on their phone.

Questions

Pool company questions.

I don’t have good photos of my pools.

Send what you have from your phone. Real photos of your pools and your truck beat stock photos every time. If you’re short, we’ll send you a quick shot list for your next route day.

Can the checker show only the areas I actually service?

Yes. You give us your towns, ZIPs and service days. Outside your area, it offers a waitlist so you can decide later.

Do I have to show my prices?

No, but homeowners call more when they can see one. A “from $X a month” line works too.

I already use Skimmer or another pool app. Does this replace it?

No. Your app runs your route. Your site brings in new customers. If you have a customer portal or online payments, we link to it.

I already have a website. Will I lose my spot on Google?

We move you carefully: the same page addresses where we can, redirects where we can’t, and we keep the writing that already ranks. A small dip for a few weeks is normal, and we watch it with you.

What happens after 6 payments?

The site’s files are yours to keep and host anywhere. Most people stay on the plan so we keep hosting and updating it, and they keep their lead alerts and monthly report. The full details are in our terms.
