Made for

For med spas and injectors · Phoenix Valley

Med spa websites that fill the book.

Before someone books a med spa, they want three answers: what will it cost, will I still look like me, and can I trust who’s injecting. We build your site to answer all three, so first-timers book a consult instead of calling around for prices.

A concept med spa website on a phone, over a portrait in soft window light with small tags marking the forehead at 10 units and the 11s at 20 units. Headline: Look rested. Not done. Below it: most first tox visits are 20 to 50 units, about $260 to $650, and a Book a free consult button.

What first-timers check first

Three questions, answered before they book.

Each one is a call your front desk doesn’t take, or a consult that shows up already sold.

“What’s it going to cost me?”

A dose map that turns a face into units and a price.

They tap their forehead, 11s or crow’s feet and see the units most people need there and the price at your rate, by brand. Per-unit pricing confuses first-timers, and it’s the question your front desk answers all day. When it’s drawn on a face, the people who book already know their ballpark.

In the concept: forehead and 11s, 23 to 37 units, $299 to $481

The dose map on a phone: a line drawing of a face with tappable areas, the forehead and 11s selected. Below it: BOTOX at the regular price, forehead lines 8 to 12 units, frown lines 15 to 25 units, 23 to 37 units in total, estimate $299 to $481.

“Will I still look like me?”

Before and afters in the same light, from the same angle.

Filtered results make people nervous. The same window light, the same angle and day 14, with no filters or new makeup, shows the subtle work most of your clients actually want. Only photos with the client’s signed consent go on the site.

In the concept: same north window, before and day 14

A before-and-after slider on a phone, split down the middle of one face: before on the left, day 14 on the right. Headline: Same light. Same angle. Day 14. No filters, no ring light, no new makeup.

“Who’s injecting me, and is it real?”

Your providers’ credentials, and the real product.

After the CDC’s 2024 warning about counterfeit Botox, first-timers ask what’s in the syringe and who’s holding it. The site shows each provider’s license and training, and how you buy and open every vial, so nobody has to wonder.

In the concept: sealed boxes opened in front of the client, lot numbers on the chart

The real-product section on a phone. Headline: Ask to see the box. Every vial bought direct from the makers and opened in front of the client. Below it: a licensed prescriber examines you first, hyaluronic filler only with the dissolving enzyme on hand, and lot numbers go on your chart.
The math

One tox visit a month pays for the site.

$390one forehead and 11s visit
$200/moyour website

An estimate using the concept site’s $13 a unit and about 30 units for the forehead and 11s. Regulars come back every 3 to 4 months, so a few new regulars keep one of those visits on the books every month, before filler, facials or memberships.

Questions

Med spa questions.

Can I show before-and-after photos?

Yes, with each client’s signed consent. We label them honestly: the same light, the area, the units and the day. No filters and no borrowed photos.

Will the site collect health information?

No. Intake and health questions stay in your booking or charting app. The site’s own form only asks for a name, a phone number and the treatment they’re curious about.

I already book through Boulevard or Vagaro.

Keep it. Every Book button goes to your booking page, whether that’s Boulevard, Vagaro, Zenoti or Mangomint, and the prices and memberships on the site match what’s there.

Do I have to show prices?

No. A “from $X a unit” line works too. Most first-timers want a ballpark before they book a consult.

It’s just me. Does the site still work?

Yes. A solo injector’s site is written in your own voice, with one provider page and booking straight with you. The concept has a solo version you can open above.

I already have a website. Will I lose my spot on Google?

We move you carefully: the same page addresses where we can, redirects where we can’t, and we keep the writing that already ranks. A small dip for a few weeks is normal, and we watch it with you.

What happens after 6 payments?

The site’s files are yours to keep and host anywhere. Most people stay on the plan so we keep hosting and updating it, and they keep their lead alerts and monthly report. The full details are in our terms.
